Once a customer has agreed to purchase a vehicle you can mark your deal sold right on the customer deal card!
You can choose from the following options to mark the deal "Sold":
Pending = pending Finance
Sold = marking it as a general Sold deal
Ordered = vehicle is being ordered for the customer
Locate = vehicle is being located currently to be sold at the dealership
Open your customer deal card and click the Sold action button. Select a sold status from Pending, Sold, Ordered, or Locate and click the green Mark as Sold button.
Once you mark the deal Sold, it will show the Sold date being the date you clicked the "Mark As Sold" icon.
