In the DriveCentric pipeline you have a sold bucket which are your customers that have been marked sold in the CRM but have not been marked delivered yet.
Delivered deals are shown in your delivered bucket. Delivered deals move to the delivered stage in stores with a DMS integration when we receive the delivery information from your DMS.*
For stores without DMS integration deals move to the delivered stage when a user with deliver permissions (typically a manager) marks the deal as delivered on the customer deal card.

If the information is not a match the delivered deal will be in the unlinked deals bucket waiting for a manager to verify and match it to the open deal in the CRM.
