The chain link symbol under your delivered bucket on the pipeline are unlinked DMS deliveries. When delivered deal information is received from the DMS but is not an exact match to an open deal in the CRM the delivery will be held in the unlinked deal bucket until you match it to an open deal, match it to an existing customer or add a new customer with the delivery.
