Unlink/Unwind a Deal

Here is how to roll back a deal to the previous stage.

Some DMS will not let you unwind deals

  1. Go to the customer you want to unwind

  2. Go to the "Deals" tab

  3. Choose the deal you want to unwind

  4. Click the "UNLINK DEAL" button

After you Unlink the Deal, you should see the deal go back to the Sold status it was originally in, and show the Unlinked Deal in the Unlinked Deal bucket below the Delivered bucket on the Pipeline.

If this is a deal that needs to be removed from the CRM, please have your Expert User contact your Customer Success Team via the Support Chat icon and ask them to remove it!
