Collecting Credit Information
The Credit App button on the customer deal card lets you collect the customer's information to run and submit their credit through your credit system provider.
Within the credit app on the customer deal card you can collect the customer's information including name, birthdate, social security number, contact information, address, employer, insurance, and references.
Pushing Credit
Required Permission: Push Credit Report
If your store utilized Dealertrack Credit, RouteOne, and/or CUDL you can push the customer's credit information to your credit system for easy processing!
Open the customer deal card and click the credit app button as shown in the video above. If your store has setup an integration with Dealertrack or RouteOne and you have permission to push credit you will see a Push Dealertrack, Push RouteOne, or Push CUDL button.
Pulling Credit
Required Permission: Pull Credit Report
The credit pull is intended to provide the ability to run a soft pull and/or hard pull credit report for a customer to assist the dealership in providing the most accurate payment information possible.
If your store has set up a credit pull integration and you have pull credit report permission you will see the Pull tab option on the customer credit report allowing you to select the type of credit report you want to run. You can also pull a stand alone OFAC report from this screen as well.
