Required Permission: Push to DMS

If your store has a DMS integration, you can push information about your Customer and Deal to the DMS at your dealership. There are two ways to push this information to your DMS:

  • Pushing from the Customer's Card

    • This will only push the Customer Information to the DMS and create a Deal Number in the DMS

  • Pushing from the Desking Tool

    • This will push the Customer information, along with the Vehicle of Interest, Trade-in vehicle, and other financial aspects of the deal (e.g. Term, Rate, Selling Price, etc.)

Note: If you are using CDK, pushing from the customer card will push the customer information to Work A Quote and not the -FI screen. The only way to push a deal to the -FI screen would be through the Desking Tool.

Pushing from the Customer's Card

To push your customer information to your DMS from the customer deal card, you will want to open the customer deal card and click the "Push" action button.

Pushing from the Desking Tool

To push your deal to your DMS from the Desking Tool, you will want to open the active desk for the customer and click the "arrow" action button (Push to DMS):
