Untracked Messages
Emails
Untracked emails are emails received from an email address not associated with a customer card in the CRM.
Open the Conversation tab on the left side of the screen
At the bottom of the window that opens, click "Emails (#)"
You will be in your "Untracked Email" inbox
Texts
Untracked texts are texts received from a phone number not associated with a customer card in the CRM at the time the text is received. Note: The untracked texts will not append to the customer card when the phone number is added a customer card.
Open the Conversation tab on the left side of the screen
At the bottom of the window that opens, click "Texts (#)"
You will be in your "Untracked Text" inbox page
Notifications
You can receive notifications for untracked messages. These notifications will appear on the Notification bar under the bell icon.
