To link an untracked email to a customer profile start by opening your untracked emails.
Click on your Unreplied messages (Chat bubble icon) on your notification bar.
Scroll to the bottom of the unreplied messages window and click View All.
Click on the message you need to link to a customer card and click Add As Contact.
The system will search for similar customers based on the customer contact information received in the untracked email.
If the system finds the customer click Select Customer.
If the system does not have enough information to locate the customer with a customer card you can click the x to close the customer search window and close the untracked email. Search for the customer profile using quick search and update the customer profile to include the email address the untracked email was sent from.
