Error message sending an email User can't send email

User profiles created without a Drive Alias will not be able to send or receive emails within the CRM.

If a user is unable to send an email and receives this error message:

Please see a manager or user with Manage Store permission to update the user's profile to include the Drive Alias Email address needed to send emails in the system! This can be found by going to Store Settings > User Management > select the specific User who is unable to send an email and make sure they have a Drive Alias entered in that has the same domain as the other users in the store:
