Required Permission: Message Impersonation

To send an email or text message as another user open the customer deal card and navigate to the Activity tab.

Composing a New Email

For email click the email tab and click in box that says "Send As Me" to open a window allowing you to select another user.

Select from the list or use the search box to search for a specific user. Select your template or compose your email and click send.

Replying to an Email

Users with message impersonation permission can reply to emails sent to another user. When you click the reply option on an inbound email you'll see that you are automatically impersonating the user who received the message!

The "Send As Me" box will have the user's name you are replying as and will be faded out as no selection is available for impersonation when replying to an email.

Text

To impersonate a user through text click the text tab on the customer deal card activity tab. Click in the "Send As Me" box to open a window allowing you to select another user.
