Resubscribe a Customer

Resubscribing a customer for calls, texts and emails.

A customer that has been manually unsubscribed from calls, texts, emails and mail can be resubscribed.

Open the customer deal card and click the license icon to open the customer contact card.

Click the arrow to the right of the customer's name.

Click on the communication method you want to resubscribe.
