User Permission Required: Delete Customer
To remove a customer record including their deal card, contact card, all activity, and all desks:
Step 1
From the Customer Card, if it's not open already, click the license icon to open the Customer Contact Card.
Step 2
Next click menu icon in the upper right corner and select "Remove Customer from CRM".
Step 3
Confirm you want to remove the customer.

WARNING: This will remove all records including the customer deal card, contact card, activity and desks!
