User Permission Required: Delete Customer

To remove a customer record including their deal card, contact card, all activity, and all desks:

From the customer deal card click on the license icon to open the customer contact card.

Next click on the down arrow to the right of the customer name.

Select the option Remove Customer from CRM.

Confirm you want to remove the customer.
