The customer card header displays the customer's initials or a profile picture in the upper left.
Profile pictures are automatically displayed for customers who were sent a delivery photo through the DriveCentric SNAP Delivery Photos feature.
If the customer has not received a SNAP Delivery Photo then just their initials will be displayed.
Removing a Customer Profile Picture
To remove a customer profile picture open the customer contact card by clicking the green driver's license icon to the left of the profile picture:
Click the down arrow to the right of the customer name at the top of the customer contact card:
Click Remove Profile Picture:
The profile picture should be removed now from the Customer Card!
