Merging Customer Profiles after Duplicates Cleared

How to merge profiles when possible dupes have been cleared.

If a cleared duplicate still needs to be merged, users with merge permissions can complete the process through the customer contact card. Follow these steps:​

Step 1: Open the Customer Deal Card

  • Locate the customer you wish to merge and open their deal card.

  • Click the green driver’s license icon to the left of the header.


​Step 2: Access Duplicate Search

  • Click the down arrow next to the customer’s name.

  • Select Search Duplicates from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Merge the Profiles

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the merge process.
