Round Robin Customers to Other Users. How to reassign customers.

Prerequisite Permissions: Manage Store


The Round Robin tab in a user’s profile in the User Management menu provides the ability to redistribute a user’s customers including open deals to other users within the store. The user management round robin will display customers assigned to the user where the user is the salesperson or sales BDC.

Note: User management round robin will not redistribute customers where the user is assigned as the Closer or Service BDC.

To redistribute (or round robin) customers to other users in the system due to a user leaving the organization or taking on a new role:

1. Click on your user account button in the top right.

2. Select Store Settings.

3. Select User Management from the menu on the left.

4. Select the user whose customers you need to redistribute.

5. Click on the Round Robin tab.

6. Select who you want the user's customers redistributed to and click Redistribute at the top of the window.

7. Once you click the Redistribute icon, it will ask you to confirm the action as once the redistribution is completed it cannot be undone:

Now you have successfully redistributed those Customers and Open Deals to the desired users selected!
