For Dealer Groups that have users selling out of multiple Stores, the Users will need access to each CRM in DriveCentric! This will give them the ability to access each CRM account under one login and be able to work with their customers from each CRM location.
In order for them to get access to the multiple store locations, an Expert User from your Dealer Group would need to contact your Customer Success Team to make this change in our backend.
