Hands-Free Visibility, Anywhere You Go

Genius Voice Assist is DriveCentric’s mobile, voice-driven insight tool designed to give your team quick answers without needing to tap through the CRM. Think of it as your hands-free visibility assistant—great for staying informed while you’re on the lot, in service, or moving between appointments.

Genius Voice Assist can only access the data you already have permission to see inside DriveCentric.

Functionality

What Genius Voice Assist Is

Genius Voice Assist provides information only. It cannot complete workflow actions (such as sending messages, calling customers, or finishing tasks), but it can surface fast answers based on your existing DriveCentric permissions.

Current capabilities include:

  • Pulling Standard/Advance Reports metrics for those who have access

  • Returning counts of daily Genius follow-ups (no drill-down)

  • Listing your 10 most recent customers and summarizing a customer timeline

  • Showing today’s appointment counts and details (your user-level or store-level view depends on permissions)

  • Displaying unreplied messages, including “fumbles” (unreplied for 60+ minutes)

  • Reporting in-store customers, longest wait time, and assigned users

  • Reviewing unreplied leads, wait times, assigned users, and lead sources

  • Summarizing Workplan tasks and completion percentages

These functions are designed for quick, hands-free visibility.

What Genius Voice Assist Cannot Do

To set expectations accurately, Genius Voice Assist does not perform any actions, including:

  • Calling, texting, or emailing customers

  • Scheduling or completing tasks

  • Searching for customers by name

  • Accessing store-wide metrics or Standard/Advance Report data if the user’s CRM permissions do not allow it

It’s normal for you to ask questions the system cannot yet answer—Genius Voice Assist is still learning and will expand its capabilities over time.


How to Use Genius Voice Assist

How to Access (Mobile Only)

  1. Open the DriveCentric mobile app.

  2. On the home screen, tap the Voice Assist icon in the top-right corner.

  3. The Genius Voice Assist page opens—start speaking naturally to ask a question.

How responses work:

  • Genius replies out loud in a natural-sounding voice.

  • The response also appears as on-screen text.

On-Screen Controls

  • Mute Button – Mutes Genius Voice Assist’s audio response.

  • Microphone Button – Mutes your phone’s microphone to prevent Genius from listening.

Auto-Mute Behavior

When Genius is speaking, the system automatically mutes your microphone to prevent accidental input.

This is expected behavior—not an error.
