DriveScore helps your team level up performance with points, badges, and leaderboards—just for using the CRM.
DriveScore Overview
DriveScore is a built-in gamification system in DriveCentric. It rewards you with XP (experience points) based on CRM activity—like calls, texts, appointments, and sales. You can earn badges, rise through levels, and see how you stack up on your store’s leaderboard.
How to Access DriveScore
Log into DriveCentric.
In the top menu bar, look for the DriveScore icon (trophy icon).
Click to open your personal DriveScore dashboard.
Note: If you work at multiple stores, DriveScore is store-specific. Switch stores to view your scores per location.
What Actions Earn Points?
Actions that earn XP are customized by your management team. Managers can decide:
Which CRM actions earn XP (like calls, appointments, videos, etc.)
How many points each action is worth
Whether certain behaviors (like missed follow-ups) should lose points
Click "View All Achievements" on the Achievements segment to see all available badges and the points associated with each badge.
Unlock Badges & Levels
You’ll earn badges for completing specific actions. Badges range in rarity from Common to Legendary. The more XP you earn, the higher your level.
Level | XP Required |
1 | 1,000 XP |
2 | 10,000 XP |
3 | 50,000 XP |
4 | 250,000 XP |
5 | 1,000,000 XP |
6 | 5,000,000 XP |
7 | 25,000,000 XP |
