When you hear the phrase "Expiring Tasks" that means how to mass expire (delete) tasks from a specific user's work plan. This can be accomplished in the Store Settings > User Management section of the CRM.

The Required Permission needed to facilitate the expiring of tasks is Manage Store.

Here is how you can access the Expire Task option for users in DriveCentric:

1. Go to "Store Settings" by clicking on your Initials (or profile picture) in the top right corner of DriveCentric

2. Select the icon for "User Management" on the left menu bar options

3. Now select the user whose tasks you would like to expire

4. Click on the "Expire Task" tab

5. Use the drop-down menu to choose the time frame of tasks

Here are the available timeframe options to select from:

  • More than 1 day overdue = tasks that have been overdue for 1-day

  • More than 2 days overdue = tasks that have been overdue for 2-days

  • More than 3 days overdue = tasks that have been overdue for 3-days

  • More than 7 days overdue = tasks that have been overdue for 7-days

  • All Overdue = all tasks that are overdue

6. Once you have selected the timeframe, click the "EXPIRE TASK" icon to complete the expiration of tasks (Note that once these changes have been completed, there is no option to be undone)
