Accessing your Workplan

To access your work plan click on the hamburger icon on the top menu bar.

Your workplan will provide a quick glance of the activities you need to complete in the activity column.

  • Phone icon represents a phone call.

  • Letter icon represents an email.

  • Chat icon is a text message.

  • Thumbtack icon is a generic to do.

  • And the camera icon is a video.

Multiple icons in the same row in the action column indicate a choice in which activity needs to be done to complete the task.

You will see a description of the task in the Info column, the primary interested vehicle in the Vehicle column, the due date in the Due column and the time due in the Clock icon column. You can customize the visible columns by clicking the column selector icon in the upper right.

Completing your Workplan

Click anywhere in the row for each task to open the customer deal card and complete the activity associated with the task. For the thumbtack tasks, you will see the words "Mark Complete" under the task on the customer card. Click Mark Complete to complete the generic task.

Completing Tasks for Another User

The user assigned to the task must complete the activity in order for the system to mark the task as complete.

For users with message impersonation permission, sending an email or text using impersonation and sending as the user assigned to the task will complete the task.

Viewing Upcoming Tasks

The potential future tasks are dependent on a number of factors including the deal status, business rule filters, and more that may affect whether they run at the scheduled time. There is no calendar view to see upcoming tasks, but you are able to look in each bucket of your Pipeline to see the "Next Scheduled Task" which you can sort by clicking on the header icon to see deals that have no tasks scheduled, tasks that are overdue in your work plan, and then scheduled for tomorrow, 2-days from now, etc.:
