Required Permission: Manage Store
For users that need their password reset you can send a new temporary password by:
Click on your user account button (initials in the upper right) and select Store Settings. (If you do not see this you don't have permission.)
Select User Management from the menu on the left.
Select the user who needs their password reset.
Click the Reset Password button. The system will send a text to their cell number with a new temporary password.
Temporary password can only be used to sign in on the desktop application.
Users can reset their own password by using the Forgot your password? link on the login page.
