Updating User Permissions

How to allow or remove permissions for a user.

Required Permission: Expert User

  1. To update user permissions click on your user account button and select Store Settings.

  2. Select User Management from the left and select the user who's permissions need updated.

  3. Click on the permissions tab. If the permission toggles are greyed out you do not have permission to update user permissions.

  4. Toggle the permissions on or off according to the permissions the user should have. You can also update user access for appointment reassignment, task reassignment, customer search, data access, and video access by clicking the arrow in the respective box and selecting User, Team or Store.

  5. Click the Update button to finalize the changes.
