Updating a User's Work Schedule

Editing, adding or updating a users work schedule.

Required Permission: Manage Store

User work schedules in DriveCentric are utilized for lead assignment when using a distribution type that includes Work Schedule.

Step 1) To update a user's work schedule click on your user account button in the upper right and select Store Settings.

Step 2) Select User Management from the menu on the left.

Step 3) Click on the user that needs their work schedule updated and navigate to the Schedule tab.

Step 4) Click the check box next to the day for all days the user needs hours entered. If just updating hours skip to Step 5.

Step 5) Select the hours the user should be receiving leads. Click update once done.
