Required Permission: Manage Store
Add Special Store Hours
Go to Store Settings
Click your user icon in the top right corner, then select Store Settings from the dropdown.
Scroll to Sales and/or Service Hours
In the General section, select Sales Hours from right hand column and find "Sales Holiday Hours" at bottom right and click Add.
*For special service hours, select Service Hours and then Add
Choose the Date & Description
Select the date of your special hours. You can also add a name (optional), like “Holiday Hours” or “Inventory Audit”.
Set Open or Closed
If the store is closed for the day, select “Closed”.
If the store is open, enter the adjusted opening and closing times.
Click Save
Your special hours will now display under “Upcoming Special Hours”.
Remove Special Store Hours
Go to Store Settings
Click your user icon > Store Settings.
Find Upcoming Special Hours
In the General section, select Sales Hours (or Service Hours) and scroll to the bottom where your saved special hours is located.
Delete the Entry
Click the trash icon next to the special hour entry you want to remove.
Click Save
Your changes will be saved and the special hours removed.
