To mark a lead as a bad lead open the customer deal card and click the Dead button.

From the list of dead reasons available the following items will remove the lead from your net lead count and mark it as bad:

Bad Lead or ILM

Handraiser/Tradeshow

Bad Contact Info

Service / Parts Lead

Test Lead

Dealer Purchase
Transferred

Once you've selected a reason click the red Kill Deal button!
