1. Access 'My Settings'

2. Navigate to the 'Security' Menu

3. Choose 'Authentication app'

4. Download an Authentication App from your iOS or Google Play Store (Duo is one example)

5. Follow the steps to link your account to the Authentication App

6. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code on your account is linked

7. Next log in you will be prompted to use your Authentication App rather than receive a text
