To get to "My Settings" click on the initials at the top right of your page.
Once in your settings - depending on your store permission - you will have six different tabs.
1. Profile:
The profile tab is where you can edit your personal information such as your name and phone numbers.
2. Password:
This is where you can manually change your password
3. Security:
You can choose to receive the Multi-Factor Authentication, or MFA, code via text or authentication app.
MFA: Authentication App Setup will walk you through the steps to set up this option.
4. Email Signatures:
Management has the option to have a storewide default email signature set or opt for individual email signatures. If your store has chosen individual signatures, you can set your custom signature here.
You can either type a signature out or you can use the dropdown options to select tokens to automate your signature. Using tokens instead of hard text would be advised if you have access to multiple stores.
5. Work Schedule:
99% of users cannot access this feature. Talk to your manager if you want to make changes to your work schedule.
6. Preferences:
What you see in this section depends on your permissions. If you have all the permissions you will see these three options:
7. Notifications:
Here you can adjust which notifications you receive in the desktop feed, via push to your mobile device, or through your google chrome browser.
Message recipients will automatically receive a mobile push notification for incoming email and text messages. The notification is sent to the recipient of the message.
New lead notifications are set up within your store's business rules.
8. Sounds:
The Sounds preferences allows you to choose which sound notifications you hear through the desktop. These sounds can be enabled and disabled as the need arises.
