On Desktop
You can access My Settings by clicking your initials in the top-right corner of the screen.
Once inside, the options you see will depend on your store permissions. Most users will see up to six main sections, with additional notification and sound controls.
Profile
The Profile tab is where you manage your personal information, including:
Your name
Phone numbers
Other basic contact details
Security
Password
Use the Password tab to manually update your login password at any time.
Two Factor Authentication
In the Security tab, you can manage your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings.
Choose how you receive your MFA code:
Text message
Authentication app
MFA: Authentication App Setup will guide you step-by-step through setting up MFA with an app.
Email Signatures
Your ability to edit email signatures depends on how your store is configured.
Some stores use a storewide default signature
Others allow individual user signatures
If individual signatures are enabled:
You can type a custom signature
Or use tokens from the dropdown to auto-populate details (recommended if you work across multiple stores)
Work Schedule
Most users do not have access to edit their work schedule.
If you believe changes are needed, please reach out to your manager.
Preferences
What appears in Preferences depends on your permissions. Users with full access may see the following sections:
Notifications
Control how and where you receive notifications:
In app feed
Mobile push notifications
Google Chrome browser notifications on desktop
Important notes:
Incoming email and text messages automatically send a mobile push notification to the message recipient
New lead notifications are managed through your store’s Business Rules
Sounds
The Sounds section lets you control desktop sound alerts.
Choose which actions trigger sounds
Enable or disable sounds at any time based on your preference
On Mobile
Swipe right on iOS, or tap the DriveCentric icon in the top-left corner on Android. Scroll to the bottom and select Settings.
Change Password
Enter the current password, then enter a new password and re-enter it in the "Confirm" field. Tap Done in the upper-right corner when complete.
Notifications
Select which items to receive notifications on and where to receive them — in the feed or as a push notification.
Feed: Notifications appear in the in-app notification feed
Push: Notifications are delivered to the device as system alerts, appearing on the lock screen and in the notification center even when the app is closed
Main Navigation
The preview at the top shows the current homepage notification bar. Toggle any notification item to add or remove that button from the main navigation bar. When more than 5 items are selected, an ellipsis icon (...) appears on the homepage, and additional notifications live behind it — tap the menu button to bring them up. Any notification item not on the main bar can also be found on the Menu screen.
*The Home button is on by default and cannot be removed.
Display Theme
Tap to switch between light and dark mode.
Bug Report
Submit a bug report directly from the app by shaking when enabled.
Privacy
Opens the privacy agreement on the DriveCentric website.
Show Send Video Errors Immediately
When enabled, video send errors surface as soon as they occur instead of being batched.
Video and Camera
Prompt Each Time: When enabled, users are asked after each recording whether to open the video editor.
Video Editor Enabled: When enabled, the editor opens after recording so users can trim, splice, add fades, add music, and more before sharing.
Mirror Front Facing Camera: When enabled, front-camera recordings keep the mirrored selfie view in the final video. When disabled, the recording is un-mirrored so viewers see the recorder the way the world sees them.
Auto-save Recordings to Photos: When enabled, recordings made in Drive Camera (FX and Pro modes) are automatically saved to the Photo Library.
Always Apply Voice Isolation: When enabled, recordings are automatically cleaned up to reduce background noise and isolate the speaker. This can still be adjusted or turned off per clip in the editor.
Use Beta License Scanner
When enabled, the app uses the beta version of the license scanner.
Version
Shows the version of the app currently installed. Visit the app store at any time to check for available updates.
