Your dealership has the choice between two options for email signatures. Your Expert Users will have to pick one or the other and give permission for any changes.
Option 1: Default Email Signatures
The signature format will be used for all users in the store. It is in HTML formatting.

Option 2: Personal Email Signatures
Each user will have to go into "My Settings" then "Email Signatures". From there, users will be able to create their own personalized email signatures.
