From the Desktop, under your initials or profile picture, you will see a Clock In or Clock Out button. Depending on your store's setup, Clocking In and Out will be how leads are distributed. Once you are Clocked In, the Clock In will change to Clock Out and be flashing Green. You can Clock Out by using the same method as Clocking In.

Desktop:

From the Mobile App, under the DriveCentric icon on iOS or under the Home icon, you will see the Clock In/Clock Out options. Clocking In from Mobile will sync with the Desktop.
