View User Audit Logs

Track login and logout activity

With Expert User permissions, you can view audit logs for any team member. This includes login and logout events on desktop.

How to access the Audit Log:

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right.

  2. Go to Store Settings.

  3. In the left-hand menu, select User Management.

  4. Click on the user you want to audit.

  5. Navigate to the Audit tab.

What you’ll see:

  • The 29 most recent events are recorded.

  • Each entry shows the type of activity and how the user accessed the system:

    • (user name) logged into the system via web.

    • (user name) logged out of the system via web.

    • (user name) was logged out by the system (auto logout).

This feature gives you quick visibility into user access history — helping you track system activity and maintain accountability across your store.
