Step-by-Step Guide to Reactivate a User

  1. Access User Management - Navigate to Store Settings > User Management. - Open the Inactive tab to locate the user’s profile.

  2. Locate the User Profile - Search for the user in the inactive list. - Open their profile to view account settings.

  3. Update Account Status - Toggle the Active switch to ON. - Ensure the Locked Out switch is OFF. - Save your changes.

  4. Verify Reactivation - If the user cannot access their account immediately, perform a hard refresh in your browser or check for processing delays.
