The Details tab of the Customer Contact Card displays the users associated with the customer and any owned vehicles. Owned vehicles are added through delivered deals, closed service ROs, and manually by users.
Users with permission can edit the assigned users on the details tab. To add a user to an unassigned slot click the plus sign with the dotted line box around it and select from the user list.
To remove a user already assigned click the user’s initials and select Remove.
To add a vehicle to the Garage manually click on the plus sign with the dotted line box and enter the vehicle’s details.
To remove a vehicle from the garage hover over the vehicle and click the black x to the right of the vehicle description.
