The Details tab of the Customer Contact Card displays the users associated with the customer and any owned vehicles. Owned vehicles are added through delivered deals, closed service ROs, and manually by users.

Users with permission can edit the assigned users on the details tab.

  • To add a user to an unassigned slot click "Add" and select from the user list.

  • To remove a user already assigned hover on the user type that needs removed and click the "x".

  • To change a user already assigned, hover over the user and use the dropdown menu to choose another user.
