How To Sort, Add/Remove Columns, & Filter in DriveCentric

This article will walk you through using our sorting, Add/Remove Columns, and Filtering features of DriveCentric.

Sorting Columns in DriveCentric

In Reports, Pipeline Stages, or Mining Searches, you can sort columns by clicking the column header. Depending on the data type, the sorting will either be alphabetical or numerical.

 

Adding/Removing Columns

In any Pipeline Stage or Mining Search, you can customize which columns are displayed:

  1. Click the Column Editor icon at the top right.

2. You’ll see two lists: Selected and Available columns.

3. To add a column, check the box next to a column in the Available list, and it will move to the bottom of the Selected list.

4. To remove a column, click the “X” next to a column in the Selected list.

5. Rearrange columns by dragging them within the Selected list—the order from top to bottom reflects the left-to-right arrangement in your view.

Filtering Data

When viewing a Pipeline or Mining Search, you can refine your data:

1. Click the Add Filter button at the top left.

2. Choose from a variety of filters to narrow down your data.

Downloading & Printing Lists

For Reports, Pipeline Stages, or Mining Searches, you can download or print the list by:

  1. Clicking the Three Dots icon at the top right.

  2. Choose to either download or print the data if you have the required permissions.
