Using the Clock In Function

  • Users must click the Clock Out button available under their user account button to remove themselves from receiving leads assigned through any distribution requiring a Clock In.

  • The system will automatically clock out all users currently clocked in at 12:00am.

  • If you're utilizing a Rotate Rule for internet leads along with the Clock In function users who have a lead rotated away from them will be clocked out. They will need to clock back in to be put back in the distribution.
