Setting a Retention Policy

Establishing retention for delivered and non-sold deals.

Required Permission: Manage Store

The Retention settings allow you to specify the number of days for delivered deals and non-sold deals that your Sales and BDC users should be retained on any new leads received.

To update your retention settings:

  1. Click on your user account button and select Store Settings.

  2. Select Assignments from the menu on the left.

  3. Select the category you want to update: Retention Delivered Deals or Retention Non Sold Deals.

  4. Enter the amount of time in days and click Save.

Maximum days allowed is 9,999.

For stores with retention set new leads received will apply retention settings before utilizing the Assign User rule set in your Business Rules.
