The flame icon available on the customer deal card header is a way to note customers that are hot or likely to purchase soon.

To add the flame icon to a deal open the customer deal card and click the grey flame icon next to the customer's name in the deal card header.

To remove the flame icon open the customer deal card and click the orange flame icon next to the customer's name.

Customers marked hot will show on your pipeline underneath their respective pipe stage.
