Typically, Users are added to new deals by either being assigned to a new Lead using the Distributions for the dealership. However, if there is an existing deal that you would like to adjust who the User is on the deal, you can follow the steps below (also listed in the video below) on how to remove a user and add a new user to an existing deal.

To add a Salesperson, BDC, or Closer on a deal, first, you have to open the customer deal card and navigate to the "Open" tab.

Then, click the box with the plus sign in the middle under the Salesperson, BDC, or Closer section of the Open tab. Search for the user using the search box or select from the list.
