Accessing and using the standard and advanced reports.

Required Permissions: Reports & Dashboards, Reporting Access set to Standard on Details Tab of user profile in User Management.

Standard and Advanced reports can be accessed through the menu bar page icon.


Standard Reports provide essential insights, including:

  • Appointment

  • Campaign Lead

  • Chat

  • Daily Activity

  • Delivery Summary

  • Internet Lead

  • Phone

  • Showroom

  • Video

  • Visit

Advanced Reports offer deeper analysis, focusing on key dealership processes:

  • Days to Conversion

  • Days to Delivered

  • Engaged Visit

  • Lead Engaged

  • Pipeline Health

  • Response Time

  • Source

  • Visit Delivered

Report Header

The header of the report displays the report section and name, the date and time the report was ran and allows the user to change the comparison factor, apply filters and create/use filter sets.

  1. Report Section and Name

  2. Date Time Stamp: Shows when the report was generated, ensuring the data is accurate and up to date as of that moment.

  3. Comparison selection

  4. Meatball Menu: Allows users with download permission to download the report and toggle the rounding function on or off.

  5. Filters: Preset filters appear in a purple box with white text. All reports are filtered by the current month and the store linked to the user’s account, except for the Daily Activity Report and Pipeline Health Report.

  6. Clear All filters button: Clears all selected filter other than the preset system date filter if applicable.

  7. Filter Sets: Enables users to customize filter options for each report and set a default filter. Once a default is set, it will automatically apply whenever the user opens the report.

Filter Sets

  1. Creating a Filter Set

    1. Select desired filters

    2. Click the Filter Sets menu

    3. Click Add New Filter Set to save the selected filters as a set.

  2. Managing Filter Sets

    1. Selecting a default filter set - With your cursor hovered over the filter set click the home icon to the left of the filter set name to select the filter set as the default for the active report. Your selected (home) filter set will be listed at the top of all filter sets.

    2. Naming the filter set - With your cursor hovered over the filter set click the pencil icon to the right of the filter set name to enter a custom name.

      Type in the desired name and hit the enter key to save changes.

  3. Deleting a filter set

    1. With your cursor hovered over the filter set click the trash can icon to the right of the filter set name to delete the filter set.

Report Calculations

Reporting calculations are defined for each column in the report. Hovering your cursor over the header will display a definition for the metric.

Drillable

Most of the reports are drillable, meaning you can click on any metric on a report to be taken to a list of deals that make up that metric.
