Orphaned customers are customers that have been reassigned to a salesperson from another user. For store data level access users, orphans also include customers not assigned to an active user. To pull a list of your orphan customers utilize the Mining tool!
Orphan leads are customers who meet the following criteria:
no open deal
the user currently assigned is not associated with the customer’s most recent dead or delivered deal
Step 1) Click the magnifying glass on your menu bar.
Step 2) Either select the Orphans tab on the Mining page or select "Mine Customers" on the top right.
Step 3) If you selected "Orphans," you will be brought directly to the Orphan Customer list.
Step 4) If you selected "Mine Customers," you will be brought to this page. From here, you can click "Add Filter."
Step 5) Type "Orphan Status" into the Search. Then Click "Is Orphan."
Step 6) This will show all Orphan Customers. From here, you can choose to add additional filters. You can also assign tasks to users for follow-up using the "Assign Task" button in the upper right.
