DirectChat by Ignifity enables you to chat with your website visitors right inside DriveCentric!
New Chat Opportunities
When your customers select the option to chat with you from your store's website new chat opportunities can be found on your notification bar under the Unreplied drawer (chat bubble icon).
For a user to be able to answer a chat request they must have permissions on for Chat Messages -> Unassigned Sales and/or Unassigned Service under their profile in User Management.
New "Text Me" Opportunities
When your customers select the option "text me" a new lead will created and available under the leads drawer (crosshairs icon) on the notification bar. "Text Me" opportunities will have a source type of Chat and source description of Ignifity Chat / Text Me.
To assign "Text Me" opportunities automatically an assign user business rule needs to be setup with a distribution attached. See Business Rules Overview for more information on creating business rules.
