Generating New Messages
To create a new message, type out what you want to say and click the Genius Reply button. You’ll be presented with a menu of options. From there, choose the tone that best fits the situation—friendly, casual, or formal—and Genius Reply will adjust your message accordingly.
You can also use Genius Reply to generate a response to the last message received from your customer. Simply click the Genius Reply button to create a reply. You can then send the message directly or click the Genius Reply button again to adjust the tone using the menu options.

Translating to Another Language
After writing your message, click the Genius Reply button and select “Translate to Spanish” for an instant translation.
For other languages, simply type your message and add a command like “Translate to [preferred language]” at the end. Then click the Genius Reply button and choose the tone.
Ask Genius
If you need Genius Reply to provide information, such as a product comparison or key details, use the Ask Genius option. For example, you can type a prompt like, “Give me 3 differences between the Honda Pilot and the Toyota Highlander,” and Genius Reply will generate the information for you. You can choose to send the message generated, or you can click the Genius Reply button again to choose a different tone.
"Undo" Genius Reply Message
If you would like to undo what Genius Reply generated, click the Genius Reply button and choose "Undo".
