Building Mention Groups:
Users with Manage Store permission will see a "Mentioning" page in Store Settings:
From this page, you can create Mention Groups, and edit existing ones.
Click "Create Group" to build a new Mention Group
Mention Group names must be unique. You can add as many users to a group as you'd like by typing @<Name>. Click "Save" to save your changes.
Editing Mention Groups
Clicking on a Mention Group will bring you to a list of all users in that group.
Click "Edit Group" to add or remove users, change the group name, or delete the group.
Using Mention Groups
Once created, you can mention a group in the same way that you would mention an individual user, by typing @group name in a note.
