When you see the Caution Sign, that means there is an Open Deal that has no future planned task to be contacted in the CRM. It does not mean that your team hasn't communicated with the customer in the past, rather there is nothing planned for the future!
Salespeople: When you see these icons on the pipeline, you want to go in and schedule a task. If you have a customer that has become Engaged, what is your plan to get them into the dealership to buy a car? If they have come in to Visit, but left without buying a car, what is your action plan to get them to come back to buy? If you have nothing planned, it is time to schedule a task!
To schedule a task quickly when looking at those Open Deals with No Follow-up scheduled, click on the Caution Sign and then click on the "No Follow Up" icon under the Next Task column. This will let you schedule a quick task, with a few different options to select without having to enter the customer profile!
Here are the options to choose from:
Tomorrow
Later this week
This Weekend
Next Week
Custom - select the timeframe you want to schedule the task
Managers: We want every customer to have an action plan or else, why keep the deal open if you do not have a plan to reach out and continue selling? Think about your proposals. It is up to you to make sure these customers can come back in and buy!
As Salespeople will see this on a micro level, you will have access to a macro level to ensure all staff has a plan of attack for those deals. An easy way for you to focus on each Salesperson to see if any of their deals have No Follow up is to add a filter for the "User" in question, so you can see just their Pipeline as they see it on their end when logging into the platform:
