The Minimize Customer Card feature allows you to minimize up to five customer cards simultaneously. This feature enhances multitasking capabilities by enabling seamless toggling between different tasks while keeping important customer information readily accessible in a minimized format.

Minimize Customer Cards

To minimize a customer card, click the minus icon “-” located at the top right corner of the card. This action allows you to keep the card accessible without fully closing it. You can minimize up to five cards simultaneously, which will organize themselves from left to right.

Access Minimized Cards

To revisit and continue working on any minimized card, simply click on it. The card will reappear in full view, allowing you to pick up exactly where you left off.

Collapse Minimized Customer Cards

You can collapse the row of minimized customer cards by clicking the arrow button to the right of the cards.

Remove Minimized Cards

If you need to clear a minimized card, click the “x” on the right side of the card to remove it from your workspace.

Note: If you exit the platform and later return, your customer cards will remain minimized.
