Business Rules Overview

Required Permission: Manage Store

Business Rules allow you to automate assignments, follow-up tasks, and notifications based on activity in your CRM. They help ensure the right actions happen at the right time—without relying on manual steps.

With Business Rules, you can:

  • Automatically assign users to new leads or deals

  • Create follow-up tasks based on deal activity or status changes

  • Send mobile push notifications, emails, or alerts

  • Trigger actions when key events occur in the sales or service lifecycle


Accessing Business Rules

To access Business Rules for your store:

  1. Click your User Account button

  2. Select Store Settings

  3. Choose Business Rules from the left-hand menu
