The BPS / Drivers button on the Customer Card gives your team a quick, clear view of how ready a customer is to buy — and appears when a customer has a qualifying Private Incentive available.

What is the BPS / Drivers button?

On the Customer Card, you’ll see an Action button labeled “BPS / Drivers.”

  • The number on the button is the customer’s Overall BPS (Behavior Prediction Score)

  • Higher scores indicate a stronger buying opportunity

  • This lets you assess opportunity strength at a glance

See Color coding below to understand what each color around the number means.

BPS / Drivers Modal

Clicking the BPS / Drivers button opens a modal with a breakdown of the customer’s score.

Inside the modal, you’ll see:

  • Righthand Side

    • Overall BPS: A summary score that reflects the customer’s overall readiness to buy

    • Vehicle Upgrade

      • Displays: Year / Make / Model / Trim

    • Current Vehicle section

      • Estimated Mileage

      • Estimated Vehicle Value

  • Across the Top

    • In Market: Indicates how likely the customer (or someone in their household) is to replace their current vehicle in the next 90 days

    • Vehicle: Shows how likely the customer is to purchase the specific vehicle being presented

    • Deal: Reflects the quality of the deal being offered to that customer

  • Additional BPS Drivers

    • Depending on the deal type, additional drivers may appear to explain why a score is high or low, including:

      • Remaining Payments (lease only)

      • Payment impact

      • Equity position

      • Ownership duration

      • Warranty remaining

      • Incentives, including OEM Private Offers

      • Mileage (lease only)

      • APR (financing only)

      • EV likelihood, when applicable

These drivers help you understand what’s helping — or holding back — the deal.

Color coding (how to read the scores)

Each score is automatically color-coded:

  • Green (80–100) → Strong opportunity

  • Yellow (70–79) → Medium opportunity

  • Red (0–69) → Low opportunity

This makes it easy to prioritize which customers to focus on first.
