Responding to a Lead from the Notification Bar

How to respond to a lead from the side bar.

New leads awaiting a reply, can be viewed by clicking the compass icon on the notification side bar.

Clicking on a new lead under the compass icon will open the customer deal card. Respond to the new lead by completing one of the following activities: Make or log a phone call, send a text message, send an email or video. Once you have completed one of the actions listed above, the lead will considered "contacted" and will clear from the notification bar.

  • Leads can be answered via both the desktop or mobile application.

  • Once the lead has been "contacted" the clock will stop on lead response reporting

  • If your store has elected to unitize an "Up for Grabs" distribution, a "Grab it" option will appear and must be click before accessing the customer deal card
