Required Permission: Store Templates and Manage Store
Step 1) To add a template folder click on your user account button and select "Store Settings". On the left hand side, click "Templates"
Step 2) Click the "+" button under the Email or Text tab.
Step 3) Type in the Folder name and click "Add".
